Have you ever wondered if the rumours about Domino’s alleged ‘secret menu’ are true?  

Maybe you’ve always wanted to know where we source our fresh, fluffy dough from, or even how we slice your pizza just right into eight perfect pieces?

Whatever it is, we’re here to lift the lid on Domino’s best kept secrets and bust some of the most common myths we’ve heard about our brand. After all, we ‘dough’n’t want you to believe something that isn’t true!

‘DOUGH’N’T BE FOOLED: It’s fresh dough all the way for fans of Classic and Deep Pan crust pizzas!

Myth: No Domino’s Dough is made in-store

Busted:

Every day, your local Domino’s store prepares fresh dough by hand for your favourite Classic and Deep Pan crust pizzas!

If you pop by a Domino’s store, you’ll often find our teams hard at work mixing, rolling, and sheeting fluffy dough for your pizza.

Now that’s fresh.

Myth: Domino’s pizzas are cut using a pizza wheel

Busted:

While you might visualise your pizza being sliced with a good ol’ fashioned pizza wheel, at Domino’s that just simply isn’t the case.

FYI each pizza fresh out of the oven is safely and evenly sliced with a cut blade – and there’s quite a bit of practice and training required to perfect the art of pizza cutting!

In fact, it can get quite competitive to see which team member can safely slice and box a pizza the quickest.

The fastest time was actually set by a Store Manager in Gympie, Queensland earlier last year, who sliced and boxed a pizza in just over ten seconds!

If that’s not impressive, we’re not sure what is.

Myth: A job at Domino’s is for a good time, not a long time

Busted:

We get it, making pizzas may not have been where you saw your life headed.

But we guarantee that once you step foot in a Domino’s store with a name tag and a hat, you’ll never look back.

We’ve heard the rumours and we’re here to confirm them. There is a secret menu at Domino’s – but not just anyone can gain access to this hidden offering.

That’s right, as loyal Domino’s fans would know, you have to do a bit of detective work yourself first, by downloading the Domino’s App, and keeping an eye on our social pages for clues. The result? You might just find yourself with access to the Domino’s secret menu, including the opportunity to try new menu items before anyone else, and special extras!
