Vegan Cheese is back on the menu at Domino’s Australia – and this time, it’s here to stay!

Domino’s Australia caused widespread meltdown with the announcement of a Vegan Cheese outage.

Vegan lovers across Australia can now finally rejoice – Domino’s CEO Australia and New Zealand, Nick Knight confirmed that Vegan Cheese is officially back in all stores.

The unprecedented demand for Vegan Cheese saw its stocks exhaust only a week after the initial release, leaving hungry Vegan pizza lovers cheese-less as a result of its overwhelming success.

“We knew the response was going to be big after the demand we saw for the product on social media but we had no idea it was going to be this big.

“We’re excited that customers love this product as much as we do and that we have been able to source a cheese alternative that vegan customers have given their tick of approval on.

Domino’s won’t be teasing its Vegan fans for a cheesing any longer, as the company confirmed Vegan Cheese is no longer a limited edition offering but a regular menu item for customers.

“Now that our Vegan Cheese is back in all our stores, the choice for customers to add Vegan Cheese will be here to stay,” Mr Knight said.

Vegan Pizza lovers can now order the highly popular Vegan Avocado Veg, the Vegan Spicy Trio and the Vegan Margherita, as well as any other pizza with the Vegan Cheese topping.

Domino’s original decision to add Vegan Cheese followed a survey on the Company’s Facebook page late last year to test demand for the product across Australia.

“The popularity of, and demand for, vegan products has increased considerably over the years so it’s great we are now able to offer this high quality, non-GMO, plant-based and preservative free Vegan Cheese.

“Our pizza sauce and bases are vegan-friendly so all of the pizzas on our menu can in fact be altered to suit a vegan diet. For an additional $2.95, people can simply swap out our usual mozzarella for the vegan-friendly alternative.

“We are excited to be providing more options to our Vegan community again and look forward to delivering fresh, tasty Vegan pizzas again,” Mr Knight said.
