New Domino’s to deliver twenty jobs to Tarneit
Pizza lovers in Tarneit will soon be able to get their hands on some fresh, piping hot pizza when Domino’s Tarneit opens on Thursday 30 July 2020.
Local franchisee Milind Patel said he is thrilled to be opening his second store in Tarneit, providing safe, hot meals to hungry locals.
“As a local business owner, I understand it is a privilege to be able to operate and safely feed those in the community during this time,” he said.
“I am very excited about the opening of my second store in Tarneit, and know I am lucky to be expanding my business during this challenging time.
“Not only is the opening of this store a great opportunity to reach more customers and provide safe, hot meals, but I’m also proud that this new venture will create 20 new jobs for locals in the Tarneit area.
“I encourage those who may have recently lost their job due to COVID-19 to apply. We would love for you to join our team as a delivery expert or in-store team member helping to make, bake and take piping hot pizzas using Domino’s Zero Contact Pick Up or Delivery method.”
Mr Patel first joined Domino’s as a delivery expert in 2011 and spent the next several years working his way up the ranks from assistant manager to manager until, in 2019, he decided to take on his very own Domino’s store in Hoppers Crossing.
Now opening his second store in Tarneit, Mr Patel said he is passionate about being present with his new team and getting involved with the local community.
“These challenging times have highlighted just how important it is to look out for your local community, and I look forward to becoming an active and supportive member.
“As a small business owner, I am passionate about giving back to the local communities in which we operate, and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do so at this time.
“The Tarneit community has already been so welcoming, and I can’t wait to return that support.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all Victorian health care workers who have been working tirelessly around the clock to keep our community safe throughout the pandemic.
“If you are a doctor, nurse, paramedic or health care professional, I encourage you to please reach out and drop into Domino’s Tarneit for a free, hot meal on me.
“I know the offer of a pizza won’t change the current situation, but it is my way of letting Victorian frontline workers know they aren’t alone.
“During this difficult time, I hope this offer gives our dedicated frontline workers one less thing to worry about by providing a safe, promptly prepared hot meal.”
Domino's Tarneit will be fully operational and safely delivering pizzas to locals from 24 July 2020.
