WANT TO MAKE SOME ‘DOUGH’? DOMINO’S IS HIRING!

Are you hungry to learn new skills, make lifelong friends and earn some extra ‘dough’? Domino’s is hiring an additional 2,500 team members across Australia!

Domino’s ANZ CEO Nick Knight, who started in the business more than 20 years ago as an in-store team member himself, said the Company was privileged to be in a position to hire in the current landscape.

“With JobKeeper now finished and many people still struggling to find meaningful work, we are fortunate to be in a position to give thousands of Aussies looking for work the opportunity to do so.

“We are only in this position thanks to the faith and trust of our customers, who have continued to support us throughout the pandemic. Thank you to all who enjoyed the comforts of pizza, and supported their local Domino’s store during this time!”

Domino’s prides itself on being a people-first business, with various roles and shifts available to suit everyone.

“We understand that our team members have commitments outside of work, whether that’s school, family or other responsibilities and are dedicated to being flexible when life happens. And that’s never been more important.

“I personally loved my time working in store, first as a wobbleboarder, then store manager and franchisee. It’s such a fun environment, with the opportunity to learn important life skills like teamwork, customer service, accountability and communication – all while earning some extra cash!

“Domino’s is proud to pay amongst the highest wages in the industry, including penalty rates for late nights, weekends and public holidays, as per the Fast Food Industry Modern Award. This includes delivery drivers who are hired as employees, not contractors, with the same entitlements as other team members.

“We have stores in most neighbourhoods and towns across Australia, with the majority of those locally owned and operated by members of the local community.

“We take pride in supporting our local communities – whether that be through providing free pizzas, or holding ‘Doughraisers’, for those in need, and are looking for team members who share that same passion and pride.

“So, whether you’re out of work, looking for a change, or even for your very first job, there really is something for everyone at Domino’s.

“You bring the appetite; we’ll bring the opportunity!”

Domino’s has introduced a number of proactive safety measures to ensure the ongoing safety of team members, including COVID-19 training, Zero Contact Delivery, social distancing, mask use, temperature testing and more.
