Domino’s spiciest menu item is back to haunt this Halloween

Scarier than the latest horror flick or the thought of a ‘pizza-less’ night, Domino’s Australia is turning up the heat this Halloween by haunting their menu with Reaper Chilli Sauce – unveiling two spine-tingling limited-edition items this October.

Rising from the dead (for the third year in a row!), Domino’s fear-inducing, tear-producing Pizza Roulette is back again for five days asking pizza lovers if they want to play a game…

The rules? Customers can choose to spice up their order and add a lashing of piping hot Reaper Chilli Sauce to a slice of any large Domino’s pizza.

Like any treat, there’s also a trick: just one slice is possessed with the Reaper Chilli Sauce – but you won’t know which until you take a bite!

Domino’s ANZ Chief Marketing Officer Allan Collins said that to succeed the bar set by the very first Domino’s Pizza Roulette, they had to up the ante with a devilish new creation for this year’s event…

“While the Yellow Bhut Jolokia Chilli sauce sure got the heart racing, we knew there were some serious spice lovers out there looking to meet their match… so this year we decided to rise to the challenge with the hottest spice in town, the Carolina Reaper,” Mr Collins said.

“To put the heat into perspective, on the spice ranking Scoville Scale Domino’s Reaper Sauce is 1,100 times spicier than a jalapeño, putting the humble pepperoni to shame. At a mind-melting 2.2 million SHU, it is not for the faint-hearted!”

If you are hoping for something soothe the sting from Domino’s Pizza Roulette Challenge, Domino’s is sorry to share that you’re in for another trick this Halloween.

In addition to the fiery pizza, Domino’s is dressing their Seasoned Chicken Wings up as Reaper Wings: 5 Seasoned Chicken Wings drizzled in Reaper Chilli Sauce for just $7 Pick Up.

Whether you’re brave enough to try the Reaper Wings or ready to roll the dice with Domino’s Pizza Roulette, don’t miss out! This deal will be in town to spook all stores from Friday, 27 – 31 October 2023 only.
