Domino’s rocket supplier, PM Fresh is an Australian-owned producer, which provides Domino’s with fresh ingredients straight from the farm to our franchisees.

Flourishing in warmer winter weather, inland southern Queensland is the perfect climate for rocket to thrive, with PM Fresh sourcing this healthy new ingredient from farms across Gatton, Toowoomba and Stanthorpe.

Bryce Henderson, a local Stanthorpe rocket farmer since 2003, says he is honoured to be able to deliver Aussies that farm fresh taste they know and love.

“From seed to leaf, we are very proud of the rocket we grow, and are delighted to be supplying Domino’s with one of the ingredients for its new Super Premium Range.

Rocket begins as a seed, which is sowed in sunny fields. In as little as six to seven weeks, the rocket is then ready to be harvested – meaning this ingredient really is straight from farm to ‘pizza box’.
