Matthias Hansen appointed Domino’s Chief Technology Officer
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd (ASX:DMP) appoints Group Chief Technology Officer.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises is excited to announce Matthias Hansen has been appointed to the role of Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) following a global search.
A highly accomplished technology leader with over 30 years’ global experience, Matthias is currently residing in Switzerland where he was working for a private equity-based security solutions company with a footprint across 16 countries globally and leading a team of 600 staff across Europe.
Prior to joining Domino’s, Matthias held a number of technology and digital leadership roles spanning an impressive technology career with Telstra, Centrica Plc, T-Mobile, Dell Corporation and Renault Financial Services.
Matthias will be a member of the Global Leadership Team – the Group’s senior leaders and Country CEO’s who work directly with the Group CEO & Managing Director.
In his role Matthias will put Domino’s digitalisation at the centre of its aggressive growth and innovation strategy globally across the Company’s nine markets.

Matthias will commence in the role effective from today (7 June 2021), initially working with the team in Europe before relocating with his family to Australia at the end of the year.
With Matthias’ appointment, the Company will make a change to current Group Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Michael Gillespie’s title to Group Chief Digital and Experience Officer (CDXO), to reflect the focus and commitment on the customer experience. Otherwise Michael’s remit will remain unchanged.
