Domino’s Bruce raises dough at Relay For Life
Domino’s Bruce is throwing its support behind Relay For Life Canberra and helping to raise much-needed funds for Cancer Council ACT by donating $1.00 from every pizza sold at the event this Saturday 24 March.
Relay For Life is a fun and moving overnight experience that raises vital funds for Cancer Council ACT's research, prevention, information and support services.
Domino’s Bruce franchisee Chad Cable said he was excited to support the event.
“Domino’s Bruce will be providing some tasty sustenance to the participants who will be relaying non-stop for 24 hours in support of this great cause and we will be donating $1.00 from every pizza sold,” Mr Cable said.
“The Domino’s team is also walking in the relay and raising funds to help support Cancer Council ACT to achieve their vision of a cancer free future.
“Relay For Life is a fantastic opportunity for the community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers, to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer and to raise funds to help beat cancer.
“We are hoping to raise as much money as possible to help Relay For Life Canberra reach their goal to raise $300,000 for cancer research, prevention, information and support services.”
Relay For Life Canberra will be held at AIS Athletics Track, Bruce from 11am this Saturday 24 March to 11am Sunday 25 March.
